Two gentlemen from this company recently removed my old furnace, air conditioner, and thermostat and installed my new furnace, heat pump, and smart thermostat with all of the appropriate lines, fittings, drains, etc.  Despite being delayed in starting work due to some issues with obtaining the equipment supplied by the main contractor, Ritin and Bunny, did their work diligently and extremely professionally, and ensured that everything worked properly.  The installation involved quite a bit of both indoor and outdoor labour.  They were a well-practised team!  They worked well past what I expect would have been their normal end-of-day. working until late into the evening and when outside, in what I considered to be pretty nasty weather conditions – a cold heavy downpour.  During the time I lived in my old house, I had two furnaces, one air conditioner, and one heat pump installed.   Now in my new house, this was, by far, the tidiest, best installation of heating/cooling equipment I have ever had.  The final result of the furnace and all of the connections to the outdoor heat pump, ducting, coolant line, drains, air intake, etc. is quite something to behold – it is so well done and tidy!  And they left the work area just as clean and tidy.  Ritin and Bunny were very friendly and I was amazed that they maintained a cheery attitude throughout the long day and challenging weather.  They made considerable efforts to ensure that my cat did not escape when they were going in and out of the house, and that he also did not get into the furnace room each time they had to enter or leave that room.  They protected my floors, carpeting, walls, doors, etc. from damage.  Even after a long day, they were kind enough to show and explain things to me about the installation and equipment.
